When operating as a team in a unique extreme environment such as Antarctica there are inevitable pressures and strains – particularly with the relentless physical workload and mental focus required. This weekend will aim to increase our own self awareness, improve our working relationships and productivity and help us work better as a team within this potentially stressful environment.
